NY Comic-Con 24 EVENT Staff APPLICATION

Idea Resource Systems, a marketing agency / event and program developer is currently seeking a temporary Event Staff to provide support to Japanese Anime/Game producer/distributor’s exhibition for the upcoming Anime NYC, held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center on October 17, 2024.

The positions assist with the logistical/operational aspects of this exhibition promoting popular Japanese Anime/Game Titles. We are expected to hire 12 candidates to cover positions the day.

No experience is needed as we will train. We offer a pleasant work environment as part of a dedicated team. Anyone at or over 18 looking for additional income and fun is welcome to apply for these exciting positions at the top event venue with leading exhibitors in the Anime, Manga, Game industries in the world.

[WORK DAYS]

10:00am - 4:00pm on Thursday, October 17, 2024

*The hours are still tentative and the shift start/end time varies by position you are assigned to.

[COMPENSATION]

$18 per hour

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
Independent contractors that assist with operation at an exhibition booth.

[QUALIFICATIONS]

18 years or over currently in school or with a BA/BS.
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Available to cover all the dates.
Friendly attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Dependable with great work ethic
Customer service experience and team management experience is preferred

[WORKING CONDITIONS]

Work is performed indoors in all weather conditions.
